Unable to add new domains because of a billing problem that isn't real

What is the issue you’re encountering

I cannot add any domains to my account

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried adding this domain, and a couple others but am unable to add anything to my account. I contacted support but have not heard back from them in over a week (Ticket #01274018). I can confirm that all invoices are marked as Paid.

Thank you. I’m having the same problem with 2 other domains I was trying to add. I have added details to the ticket, hopefully we can get those fixed as well.

I’d like to know if there is a way to make the problem go away so I don’t have issues in the future when I add domains.
