Unable to add new domain name - Its says its banned

I have purchased a new domain name “bornvirtual.com” via godaddy. But when i try to add the domain name it throws the error as below.

Error - " This zone is banned and cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time, please contact Cloudflare Support. (Code: 1097) "

What is the solutions for this issues.
