I am experiencing an issue when trying to complete the setup for my domain aiinsidertips.com. Although the service I am trying to add is “FREE,” I am unable to proceed due to a false alert about an outstanding balance.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked Billing: I double-checked my billing page, and there is no outstanding balance or pending charges.
Cleared Cache: I cleared browser cache and cookies, and also tried using incognito mode, but the issue persists.
Retried Setup: I have attempted to restart the domain setup process multiple times with no success.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I have checked billing, there is no indication of an outstanding balance.

Sorry for the issues. Is the domain new to you? It does have some history of using cloudflare and I suspect you’re getting the error due to an older past due invoice. Here is the history, https://securitytrails.com/domain/aiinsidertips.com/history/ns

whois shows the domain using cf nameservers, but the nameservers should not be changed to cloudflare until after it is added, at the moment it’s pending in the account you are using here due to the error.

You should contact the registrar, hostinger and have them revert the nameservers to their default. Next, you’ll need to follow these directions here, Billing, Plans & Subscription Questions to open a billing ticket with Support as the Community cannot see your account nor assist with account, billing and registrar issues.

Yes I have submitted these, and never get any replies. I understand CF nameservers wont work until the pending status is fixed.

Is the domain new to you?

No, I have owned the domain for it’s entire life.
It used to be on another CF account, however.
Every account it’s lived on, there are no unpaid invoices
