Dear Cloudflare Support Team,

I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I’m experiencing when attempting to add two domains, websitara.com and oktosite.com, to my Cloudflare account under the Free plan. Each time I try to add a domain, I receive the following error message:

“You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.”

However, I have verified that all my invoices have been paid, and there is no outstanding balance on my account. Despite this, I am still unable to proceed with adding domains.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? Any guidance on how to address this error and successfully add these domains would be greatly appreciated.
