However, when I attempt to add the sites, I receive an error message stating that I cannot modify subscriptions or services due to an outstanding balance. I contacted the previous account owner, who sent me screenshots confirming that there are no outstanding payments. I’ve also checked the Billing section in my account, and everything is up to date. I need assistance to understand and resolve this issue.
