I recently purchased a Cloudflare account and I’m trying to add two domains. However, when I attempt to add the sites, I receive an error message stating that I cannot modify subscriptions or services due to an outstanding balance. I contacted the previous account owner, who sent me screenshots confirming that there are no outstanding payments. I’ve also checked the Billing section in my account, and everything is up to date. I need assistance to understand and resolve this issue.

Log into my Cloudflare account.
Select the option to add a new site.
Enter the domain name.
When attempting to proceed, the error message appears.

Not exactly certain why you added the If not, you can leave this blank., that is not at all true. The Billing team needs to resolve Billing issues on a ticket, the Community cannot assist as we do not have access to Billing details.
