Unable to add domain

Hi,

I’ve got a problem with adding domain. When I try to add domain www.quick-transcribe.com

I’ve got error message, Please ensure you are providing the root domain and not any subdomains (e.g., example.com, not subdomain.example.com)

Please look into this as soon as possible.

Leave off the www. Try just quick-transcribe.com
