What is the issue you’re encountering

I have not been able to add my domain to Cloudflare after switching to a new account. I paid my last invoice before closing my old account and had no luck getting a response from billing support for the last three months

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Paid last invoice due, contacted billing support, fully closed old Cloudflare account

Thanks for responding, but it seems as the ticket is now closed without resolution. I’m also still getting the same error as before when trying to select a plan.
