I am unable to create subdomains on my main domain due to a CNAME record already existing error. I wish to open different services through CF tunnels on different subdomains eg nas.example.com drive.example.com

if the existing cname records are there try connecting your service/app to your subdomain and have the cloudflared tunnel running on your box. Connect private networks | Cloudflare Zero Trust docs
