Unable to add bittix.site extension

Hi, i’m unable to add a domain with .site extension.
I get the folowing error: “bittix.site is not a registered domain”

I’ve been trying for about 4 days now, so i assume that the domain should resolve.

Also I’ am aware of some topics about this error, 1 about .site, thats referring to a .com topic, and that solution is about that the domain not looks registerred. But thats not the case here.

I am sure that the domain is registered, and that the nameservers are poining to Cloudflare. I also tested:

Results:
bittix.site. 3600 IN NS mona.ns.cloudflare.com.
bittix.site. 3600 IN NS lee.ns.cloudflare.com.

So as far as i can see it looks good.

But there stil must be something that i’m overlooking, since the error in the Cloudflare dashboard remains.

I hope someone can help me out.

Hi there,

This issue is usually due to the domain not resolving - bittix.site currently does not. You should have working DNS before adding the site to Cloudflare. I recommend you change your name servers back to what they were before. Then do the following:

  1. Make sure your domain resolves properly.
  2. Add the domain to your Cloudflare account.
  3. Change name servers to the ones specified after adding the domain.
