Unable to add (any) domain to account

I have 2 accounts that I can not add a domain to. The screen is blank and because it shows me without an account despite being logged in, I can not submit a support ticket. I reached out on twitter to get a ticket created and was sent here. I also have a third account that will not send me a password reset.

Does that mean when you are logged in to your account you do not see any websites listed?

If you are having that issue now with the account you are using here, can you open an Account ticket with Support and share your ticket number?


Regarding the second account, can you share the name of a website in that account?

Tickets can only be created via the dash using the link above.

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.

This is what I see when I log in. I have tried to create a ticket, but because of the site not showing an account I can not create a ticket.

How do I send my email addresses securely without a ticket.

FYI, this is the error when I access my profile Not found (Code: 4040)

On the 3rd account, I have access to the email, I am not getting the reset password link.

I will create one, you’ll receive a copy of it and can communicate privately with the Support team by replying to the ticket via email. You should cc the other accounts on your email reply so the team has an understanding of how to assist. Back in one moment please…

I tried to reply, but since I am using an alias it bounced back and tells me to add via the portal link which I can not access.

Thank you, can you share the name of a domain that is in the third account? You can share it here or on the ticket, whichever you prefer.

There is not a domain in there, which is why the issues. All of the addresses are on the same domain that you created the ticket for.

If you could add the same email from my account but remove the +cloudflare piece as an alternate I can then reply to the ticket with the rest of the addresses.

I do not see an account associated with the 3rd email address you shared @user6998.

I am able to see the error you’re seeing in the other two accounts, however. I’ve noted that on your ticket.
