Unable to add any billing information

What is the issue you’re encountering

No matter what payment method I use, every time I save the billing info it tells me it was added successfully, then the page will refresh, my billing info is gone and it gives me an error that I have no billing information and need to add some.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Multiple different cards
PayPal rather than card
Different browsers as well as devices
Tried with an without VPN
Tried incognito mode

Thanks for responding, I tried in incognito mode too and still the same issues, I tried with and without a VPN activated and still no luck.
