403 (Forbidden) Error during adding a new payment method

What is the issue you’re encountering
I am trying to add a payment method to my account to pay for the domain names that will expire in a month. I am unable to add a payment method to my account to use Cloudflare services. I have tried AMEX, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal. I get the same error every single time, but I clearly see that there is no Recaptcha displayed.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have tried to do this with 4 different browsers Arc, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. For all of them I have tried with Incognito mode as well, but nothing helps.
I looked up the network requests and it seems the actual payment method adding function fails with a 401 error.

Log in to Cloudflare, go to Manage Account → Billing → Payments → Fill out the form for adding a payment method.
This is ridiculous! This has been months!! My domain has expired!! I have to pay somehow!! Customer support never got back to me after getting my HAR file!!
What is going on? Are you closing down Cloudflare, or just completely don’t care about user payments? My business is literally at risk because I can’t make a payment! WTF??
@ares Still no updates! Please this is getting out of hands! My product might go offline just because I can’t attach my Paypal or CC to Cloudflare’s billing? It has been months already!!

Is it possible to pay via Bank Transfer or I don’t know mail a check? I product literally can go offline any minute because of this!
