Unable to add a domain to free plan

I’m trying to add a domain “wpdpp.xyz” for SSL purpose.
But when I add the domain, I’m getting this error “Failed to lookup registrar and hosting information of wpdpp.xyz at this time. Please contact Cloudflare Support or try again later.”
I’m able to see the NS online for this domain properly
