Unable to access the website

Hi Team,

I am getting “Sorry, You have been blocking” while accessing a page and there was no reason mentioned on the webpage.

Anyway to identify the cause of this.

If the website is yours, you can navigate to Security → Events and add a filter for the Ray ID (or manually look through logs to find it): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/events

If the website is not yours, then your only option is to reach out to the website owner. If you provide them the RayID as well, they should be able to look it up. Sometimes blocks are purposeful though, could be based on region, ISP, or some other detail.
