Unable to access support on business plan

I’m on a business plan, but I’m unable to access support. My dashboard loads up without issue and I can access everything. But whenever I try to open: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/requests it logs me out immediately. It seems like the support site is under an old email address and failing to load.

The actual url redirect is (where I’ve replaced my actual previous email with [PreviousEmailAddress]: "https://dash.cloudflare.com/logout?kind=error&message=User+is+invalid%3A+Email%3A++[PreviousEmailAddress]+has+already+been+taken
