When trying to access remoteapp.orthocare.com.au/rdweb, the link with timeout. Nothing pushing to the external IP of the device 120.29.1.242 and no traffic detected from the router or server. When we attempt access from the IP directly, it will load.

If I browse to the site, I am seeing a 522 error - which suggests a timeout when connecting to the origin. If you are the site owner, you should ensure that the origin server is listening on the HTTP/S ports that the is operating on, and specifically making sure that Cloudflare IP’s listed here are not blocked from reaching your origin - IP Ranges
