Unable to access our account

Hello Cloudflare Team and Community,

We have an company Cloudflare account setup under my boss’s email address (super admin), however, hardware upgrade over the years meant that we’ve lost 2FA app as well as the original computer that was used to last sign in.

Is there a way to contact support regarding this problem? We have both the email addresses and password to this account. However, when we go to recover the account, we are stuck in the infinite loop of needing to verify our email address, and then obtaining the verification code email, and then needing to verify our email address again and could never go into the review stage of the recovery process.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account. I think the second link is what you’ll need to help. Start there and let us know how you progress.
