Unable to access NinjaRMM when using Zero Trust

Currently, we have enabled Cloudflare Zero trust and added the IP address with the NinjaRMM platform. However, it seems the Cloudflare Zero IP Address which we added on NinjaRMM is not allowing access to the platform.
It was working for a couple of months and all of a sudden it didn’t work. The only issue before was when we used the NinjaRMM remote tool when Zero Trust is enabled.

Hey, did you get anywhere with this? Let me know because I’m experiencing the same issue.

Replying to this thread because I was also looking for an answer to the issue. I ended up watching firewall traffic with Cloudflare off using the PC source IP and the Application Name of NinjaOne (This was on a Fortinet FW). I ended up finding some IP addresses for connect-sX-us2.us2.ninjarmm.com that when added to split-bypass allowed it to connect. I am sure I will find other IP’s as we try to do some additional integration with Ninja1 but adding URLs and IP addresses to Split-bypass is generally the goto when dealing with strange Zero-trust connection issues.
