Unable to access my site

Hi
I am unable to access my site 'www.clrysvillemotel.com due the error below:

This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in www.www.clarysvillemotel.com. If spelling is correct, try running windows network Diagnostics.DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

You have a DNSSEC issue…

You need to either disable DNSSEC at your registrar, or enable it at Cloudflare and copy the DS records to your registrar from your dashboard here…

Hi
I have disabled DNSSEC at my registrar and still unable to access my site. Can you please help over a call? Thanks so much!

It can take up to 24 hours for the removal of DS records to propagate.

However you also seem to have changed your nameservers away from Cloudflare to those of your registrar. You will need to set them back if you want to use Cloudflare for your domain.

Thanks so much sjr
I have set the nameservers back to Cloudflare. As soon as I update it, the DNS records gets greyed out (pfa screenshot). I am very worried that my site is still not accessible.

Your DNS is working now, but it points to a Parked page at register.com

Next step would be to set up hosting for that site at the web host of your choice, and then update your DNS records here to point to that, according to the values provided by your web host.

Hi
My hosting provider has provided the attached details. Please let me know if this needs to be done in cloudflare DNS records or the Registrar DNS records?

Sorry for any confusion. “Here” means at Cloudflare.

Hi
I have done it (pfa screenshot) and site is still not accessible. As I am using the cloudflare DNS, the registar dns records is greyed out. does this mean, registrar dns records are no longer applicable if cloudflare dns records are used?

Do you have any Active certificates listed in SSL/TLS → Edge Certificates?

Universal SSL should be enabled by default:

Yes, thanks so much
