What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Domain name provided is just to keep NDA

Steps to Reproduce:

Log into my Cloudflare account with my domains, including (active Business plan) and other domains on Free plans.
Navigate to the Cloudflare support dashboard for domain
Attempt to initiate a live chat session.
Expected Result:
Since domain is on the Business plan, I should have immediate access to live chat support as promised under the Business plan benefits.

Actual Result:
I am unable to access live chat support. Instead, I see the message: “To activate chat support and speak with a customer support agent immediately, please upgrade to a Biz plan,” suggesting that I need to upgrade, even though domain is already on the Business plan.
