Sorry, main issue is live chat. I can discuss with them regarding the account issue. I already opened multiple tickets but I can’t even view my tickets status it keeps redirecting me to some page where it says cannot see dashboard support stuff and guides on how to open a case to get help support.
If you can post one of those ticket numbers, we can escalate that ticket, and mention that you can’t access them in the dashboard.
But you can still reply via email, and get updates that way, correct? Your ticket will remain open, unless you get a message that it got closed for a reason.
