What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried with Mulitple other browsers
Tried accessing using the IP address of the website 172.67.149.68 and 104.21.29.144
Tried clearning all cache, cookies, history, temp files etc…
Tried with Other Prisma Gateway and found its works only from India Prisma Gateways, But doesnt work from US, AU, EU region Prisma Gateways.

we could see the Cloudflare was used as CDN for this websites, so suspecting the cloudflare was blocking our Prisma Subnets and restricting to access that website…

Can you look into it please

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Just connect to US , EU, AU Prisma Gateways
Access the wesbite URL on browsers.thats it.

Cloudflare provides tools for website operators to manage the security of their websites. The site owner sets the policies. They can block whatever they choose.

That being said… this screenshot is not a Cloudflare block it is an error message returned from the origin server. How or why it is returning the 403 has nothing to do with Cloudflare.
