I strangely could not access https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us or https://support.cloudflare.com/ using my DNS servers 198.251.50.99 or 198.251.50.100.

This occurred on March-20-2019 around 10:00 PM EST. i usually access the forum using https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us.
