Unable to access domain management (My domain not working since moved to cloudflare)

Describe the issue you are having:
I moved from Godaddy to Cloudflare on Thursday (5th Octorber 2023), Domain got active and generated an invoice to my account, and received an email) but since then I am not able to “manage domain” which is blocking in assign of nameservers to my websites.

Looks like something terribly went wrong at Cloudflare end where i had left the system for a while expecting to be resolved on its own but almost 5 days over nothing has been changed. Hoping that i won’t lose the domain as it is important to me.

Anyone who helps around this would be greatly appreciated as it is very important to me.
Tickets were changed to the “Solved” state without any update on it.


What error message or number are you receiving?
Nothing is displayed for the ‘manage domain’ or Transfer domain section

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
Yes, it was working fine before but since i moved the domain to Cloudflare.

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
Yes, tried

in edge and chrome by cleaning up all cockies etc…

Domain transfers can take a while to go through given the number of parties involved.

yes, the issue is, that zoneID was deleted before the domain moved to Cloudflare. The registrar team is looking into it. However, I received an email last night saying that DNS servers need to be updated with my domain register but unfortunately, I can’t update due to domain registration issues at Cloudflare.
