Unable to access DNS to update records

The account on which I expected to find our domain does not appear to be there. As a result, I cannot access or find the account on which this domain is located. I have spoken to my colleagues and they have not got access to it either. I need to update the DNS records.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried to use the forgotten email on the login page and submitted the domain name. No email has been received.

If it’s not in the account you expect it to be, and can’t locate the account it is in, you can just add the domain to the account you want to use. You will be given a new pair of Cloudflare nameservers to set at Godaddy. You’ll need to set up the DNS records again.
