Unable to access DNS server because account email verification is unknown

The domain is registered with GoDaddy but the DNS is Cloudflare. I now manage the domain registration account through GoDaddy, but I do not know the Cloudflare email I need to verify that I should have access to the DNS (original setup was done by someone who has forgotten)

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried having a verification email sent for the account. It’s not getting to any account currently forwarded to me, and I suspect it was someone’s personal account who is not in our organization.
Checked the online Cloudflare KB.

If you are unable to get access to the account, or it belongs to someone else, you will need to take control of the DNS by changing the nameservers at Godaddy to those for a new Cloudflare account or other DNS provider. Make sure you know the DNS records required for your web and mail hosting.
