No error number - not receiving email token to access Cloudflare account

What is the issue you’re encountering

  1. When go through log in we receive a message that change of IP address detected and a token will be emailed to us - no email received. 2. Unable to create and submit a ticket either as requires email confirmation for submission.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Attempting to contact Cloudflare Support. Nothing we can do at this end. Just shoddy.

If you keep getting the error, can you create an Account ticket and share your ticket number here? You can open an Account ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support . It should work when you’re logged-out.

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.

Thanks for the reply.

Our ticket number is: 01357977
We had to use a gmail account in order to receive the ticket number.

We have not change our email setup, so don’t know why we are getting the changed IP address warning when we attempt to sign in.

We received an email notification of your reply - to our main email that we usually use to login. Our email is working fine.

Unimpressed with Cloudflare - it is a vital service for us, so being locked out is a real problem.

Not getting reset emails either - so unable to reset password.

New ticket number: 01358987
We used another email with the same domain - hopefully might get somewhere with it.

Really should have a txt message backup.
