No error number - not receiving email token to access Cloudflare account
What is the issue you’re encountering
When go through log in we receive a message that change of IP address detected and a token will be emailed to us - no email received. 2. Unable to create and submit a ticket either as requires email confirmation for submission.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Attempting to contact Cloudflare Support. Nothing we can do at this end. Just shoddy.

If you keep getting the error, can you create an Account ticket and share your ticket number here? You can open an Account ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support . It should work when you’re logged-out.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
