Unable to access Live Chat Support

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked all options in the Support dropdown at the top-right bar

The standard plan says we have access to Live Chat and 4-Hour email support.

But the Live Chat is disabled, and asks the domain to be upgraded to Business.
