Unable to access account


I hope someone can help.

We have an account set up in Cloudflare by one of ex-employees who has now left the business and unfortunately hasn’t shared the password with us so we are unable to access the account and make necessary changes to our domain. We do know the username but have no access to this email account so can’t reset the password. Can someone from Cloudflare please advise how we can access this account? We are happy to provide any necessary details for security and identity checks.

I hope it’s a Free Plan. If so, then open up a new account and set up your domain there.

You may notice that “User A” doesn’t have to do anything, though you, (User B) won’t have access to current settings, but that’s survivable.
