What is the issue you’re encountering

Website has been down for over a week an am unable to access cloudflare account due 2 factor authentication.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried following the 2FA steps but it doesn’t recognise any of my devices which is really weird.

I have tried calling cloudflare support since last week but no response, really don’t know how to proceed here and without access to the account I have no idea what to do next.

Your backup codes aren’t working, either?

No, back up codes don’t work either. It doesn’t recognise my devices when going through the recovery process / steps.
