I’m facing an issue where I cannot access a specific site because Cloudflare is blocking the requests. Our server’s IP is already allowlisted, but the blockage persists. Unfortunately, I don’t have the IP address for this specific site, so I can’t allowlist it on our end to try and bypass the block. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or know of a workaround? Any guidance on how I can resolve this would be greatly appreciated, as we need access to this site urgently. Thank you for any help or insights!

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
If it is not your site, as the message says, you will need to contact the site owner and ask them to do the same as it is they that set the rules for access to their site, not Cloudflare.

So, we are trying to send some data to Site X via our server backened which is on Sireground and protected by Cloudflare, we are getting an error which is below. The wesbite we are tring to access/send data to cannot be allowlisted on our server or cloudflare as they just cant provide their IP.
If you are sending requests to the site that is blocking you then your server needs to be allowlisted on their side. You can only ask the site owner there to help you get access.
