Unable configuring Outlook

We are unable to configure Outlook, ERROR MESSAGE: (We couldn’t connect to the incoming (IMAP) Server. Please check the incoming (IMAP) Server settings and try again.

Ensure any DNS entries for mail are set to “DNS only” and not proxied. These may be mail, imap, smtp, pop3, etc.

Otherwise, what is the domain?

If Outlook is connecting to mail.thebftonline.com then, as above, ensure the DNS record for mail is set to “DNS only” and not proxied.
