What is the issue you’re encountering

I have created 2 rules to block some files to onedrive and google drive, and tried to upload 2 files containing VISA number and ID, but the files cannot be blocked to upload.

Thanks. I checked that there is some traffic logs on Gateway HTTP, so my Chrome browser and onedrive/googledrive is inspected by TLS decryption.
