I am calling the Direct Creator API from my .Net site using Uppy.
Sometimes, the user backs out after we have already gotten a CF Video ID (see attached image),

My question is: Will these automatically fall off after a certain period of time, or do i need to write code to delete them whenever the user closes his modal upload window?

At the moment, you need to write code to delete these placeholder videos yourself.

In future, we plan to either auto-delete expired placeholder videos or mark them as “Expired” on the dashboard.

Is your primary concern around these “videos” crowding the dashboard or something else? These expired placeholder videos do not take up space from your Stream storage quota.

I just want to make sure that I am doing it the right way and keeping it clean and tidy. I will write some code that will delete them if the user backs out.
