Ukraine, Belarus and Russia Unable to access my site

Hello,

I have users from these places that are unable to visit my site:
Ukraine
Belarus
Russia

I have the IP addresses they are connecting from. Are there anywhere I can check to see if the ISP they use is blocking Cloudflare? Or can there be another reason for this?

Are you able to share what happens (an error message?) when they try to visit your site - ideally a screenshot?

Yes of course they get a Cloudflare error 520 when they try to access the site.

Here are the details on a 520:

Would not expect it to be location specific, more likely randomly caused by some issue on the server. Post linked above provides some troubleshooting tips.

And then they ask:
Is there any chance we can get an log file from Cloudflare displaying which HTTP response was received from our web server which caused Cloudflare to return http status 520?

Is this the right place or is there a direct support e-mail I can write to?
