UK EE broadband DNS blocking websites

Hi, I’m hoping someone here could help shed some light on an issue with the behind the scenes filtering on EE broadband in th UK via Cloudflare.

Default EE router DNS is blocking my company website - this happens on any device using WiFi. Works fine if I manually change DNS on the device or use mobile connections, but not if I change the DNS on the router, which means it is something further down the chain.

After flushing DNS and browser cache while connected to the EE router the first attempt displays a Cloudflare error 1001 ray id, further attempts just say ‘site cannot be reached’

Ironically, it works when using the iOS Cloudflare app. Spoken to EE but they just acknowledge that it’s been a problem for some time. If you could point me in the right direction of the next steps, that would be great. Regards, Nick
