.UK Domain Registrations Failing

Each time I try to purchase a .UK domain name, I get an error:

I have reported this a number of times, by filling in the text box below the error, but have heard nothing back.

I have reported this to support and the ticket number is 2386283. We urgently need to register a number of domains.

I have escalated this ticket, can you confirm at what point in the registration process you see this?
