I need to speak to Cloudflare to fix the txt and srv records for our DNS.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Our domain is hosted through godaddy but the nameservers are cloudflare. Our email through this domain is currently only sending/receiving some message on a delay of 1-2 hrs. Godaddy tells me it’s a DNS issue and cloudflare has to fix the txt and srv records but it’s currently impossible to speak to cloudflare to have them do it.
