I added txt records for gmail functionality to work properly (SPF), 20 days back, still not showing the records outside while am checking with mxtoolbox tool. Please help to solve this issue.

Can you show a screenshot of https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records that shows both your DNS records and your assigned nameserver (right below)? You can hide any IP addresses.

You have a txt record for SPF it should probably (almost certainly) be for @ or experiencedentistry.com
;spf.experiencedentistry.com. IN TXT
