TXT record won't resolve

We’re trying to set up some records so that a project management platform we’re using can “send” emails on our behalf.

We’ve been instructed to input one of the TXT records as follows, but we cannot get it to resolve. Any ideas as to why?

Type: TXT
Name: m1._domainkey
