TXT record removes domain

What is the name of the domain?

schreeuw.nl

What is the error number?

There’s no error number.

What is the error message?

There’s no error message.

What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m trying to add a txt record for a subdomain “_acme-challenge.crm.@” however it’s cutting off the @ part.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried to add the @ twice so it’ll be: _acme-challenge.crm.@@, this works, but cuts off the “l” at the end of the domain. I’ve tried to do it like: _acme-challenge.crm.@@l or @@ll but both dont work either.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Try to add a txt for an acme challenge like so: _acme-challenge.crm.@ (or just your domain instead of @, both dont work) and then save.

Just create the record for _acme-challenge.crm, the domain or @ is not needed and will be removed if included.

Thank your for your quick reply. It indeed just took a bit longer than expected. I was confused since the other txt records were already succesful, just this one wasn’t.
