I’m not sure what the date is, can you confirm the full name of the TXT record you are trying to add and what it should resolve to?

This is the TXT record
TXT Name: @

TXT Value: 18.11.2024

TTL: 3600 (or your provider default)

There are 2 sets of Cloudflare nameservers resolving for your domain, so make sure you are making DNS changes in the correct account, or the account where the domain is active, or have set the correct nameservers…

That record doesn’t seem to appear in either set though, can you show a screenshot of your DNS records page.

Is that the account where the nameservers are henry and etta?

Try deleting the record, then creating it again.

yes these are the same name server

These are the given nameserver.

Deleted the txt record and added once again

Those are not the nameservers where your domain is currently active. You are either in the wrong Cloudflare account, or have deleted and re-added the domain (which changes the nameservers).

You either need to use the correct account (the one where henry and etta are the nameservers) or change the nameservers at Godaddy to cullen and dell so the account you are currently logged in to controls the DNS.

As I mentioned above, that TXT record isn’t showing in either set, but first we need to nail down that you are using the correct account/nameserver combination.

I have changed the NS inside GoDaddy but txt is still not resolving.

It will take a little time for the nameserver change to take effect, however that TXT record still isn’t resolving in the new nameservers for some reason. All that resolves is this…

dig +short advanceinfosolutions.in @cullen.ns.cloudflare.com txt
"v=spf1 ip4:162.241.85.168 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all"

Need to think…
