TXT Record does not work

I added an TXT record like this:

name:
google-site-verification

value:
8s62…LOU

ps: I clipped the value.

And does not published! I used local tools, online DNS tools, MX and TXT checkers… everything. The TXT does not resolved!!!

Typically that should not be the name but part of the record value. The name would be the domain itself.
