TXT record access by only 1 IP/domain. It's that possible?

Hi

It’s possible, somehow, to allow only 1, or an arbitrary number, of IP’s/domains to see TXT record text? My goal is avoid anyone to read txt records from my domains. Anyone except some IP’s/domains only. Is that possible?
