I am brand new at understanding Cloudflare and Webmail. I purchased a domain from bigrock.in and received free domain email account. I linked my domain to Cloudflare. Now I am unable to get login screen and email of Webmail. It is getting empty screen on webmail.domainname.com.
I talked to Bigrock support team as they said to update DNS configuration(TXT, CName, MX entry) in Cloudflare. I have same entry available in Bigrock DNS configuration section.
Now How can I add/edit same entry in Cloudflare to access my Webmail portal.
Please help me.
Your homepage returning many 508 errors. It’s also a staggering 38MB of data.
I can get to wp-login, but your webmail subdomain is showing a generic Links page. It also looks like you’re using a wildcard subdomain, yet Cloudflare is still routing those requests.
This is a non-standard setup. Are you running a Load Balancer? Or are you on an Enterprise Plan?
As for webmail, you probably don’t have a proper “A” record set up for that subdomain.
