I added the following line to my dns:
But when I check the DNS through a service, it will not be found.
My setting looks like this:
Name: _amazonses (although I entered _amazonses.domain.de the domain was shortened)
Value: STRING
But Amazon cannot verify it and the entry does not appear. Other CNAME and TXT entries do not work either. What am I doing wrong?
Whats the actual domain?
The record is there. If you set it up recently, maybe wait a bit, otherwise it is best to contact Amazon.

That wont test for text records. The lookup is pretty clear about it, the record is there
