Two level subdomain redirect

Hi,
I would like to redirect the subdomain example: www.blog.example.com to https://blog.example.com

I had set up the page rules but It’s not working. So, my question is, how can I do it.

Also, I can see an icon left of the DNS record type “This hostname is not covered by a certificate.”

Note: I’m using the Pro package and SSL/TLS Full mode
