Two-factor email sending issue inquiry


While logging in with another account, I was told that a login token was sent to me via two-factor email, but no matter how long I waited, I did not receive the email, so I am inquiring.
Please note that I am unable to log in, so I am inquiring using a different account.
Is it possible to check where the two-factor email is set and whether the email was sent correctly?
Emails related to password change are also not sent.
How do I proceed to log in?
