google does not solve the login problem with two validation code
also no return when we activate it

Google 2FA comes with a backup code you should have from when you set this up.

Otherwise, it will take some effort to regain access to your account. As it’s a holiday weekend in the US, it may take a bit longer. I know general Support is 24/7, but account recovery might be handled by different Support staff.

Hi @ademalakas, sorry for the difficulty. Three suggestions to move this to resolution. First, I see you opened another ticket with the Support team, that just slows them down, adds to the confusion, and delays resolution. All three of your tickets have been merged into 1604299.

Next, you’re reaching out to support with multiple tickets from multiple emails. If you cannot login, then simply email support AT Cloudflare DOT com from the email address associated with your domains/account by replying to ticket 1603673.

Finally, the information you provided was not correct. Suggest you pick one or two domains, provide all the necessary information for those domains and email it as a reply to the email for ticket number 1603673, in that email, reference the other ticket 1604299 to make sure the team sees the connection.

Once they have reviewed the correct information, they’ll move forward. Here is the information you should provide:

  1. The list of domains (1 or more) in your account - make it easy, just pick 1 or 2
    Domain 1 name -

  2. The IP address(es) for the web server(s) associated with each those domain(s) (1 or more)
