Two-Factor Authentication is Disabled

I can’t enable 2fa. There’s a small red “Disabled” flag next to the 2fa options. If I click set up I get the message Two-Factor Authentication is Disabled
No idea why. Any advice?

I’ve not seen that before. Can you post a picture of the error?

Did you click “Add” for either of those options? You’re probably going to use Mobile App Authentication.

Think I need new glasses…Monday…beginning of month…just saw the red message and didn’t notice the screen had changed with “Add Buttons” DOH! Thanks!
